How to make it

  1. In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and black pepper. Coat the steak evenly and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4–5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. In a bowl, combine roasted red peppers, red onion, parsley, cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, dried oregano, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Slice the steak against the grain and arrange on a serving board. Spoon the chimichurri rojo generously over the steak and serve immediately.
