Cut the white part of the green onion into sections and slice the green part into rings.

Add 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil into a heated pan , sauté the dried shrimps until fragrant, then set aside.

Add 2 Tbsp. of cooking oil into the pan, sauté the red chili and white part of the green onion, take out half of scallion oil and mix with the dry noodles.

Mix the remaining scallion oil with all the sauce mix ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and dried shrimps to the noodles, pour in the sauce mix and sprinkle with sliced green onion.
