How to make it

  2. In a mixing bowl, add your all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, allspice, ground ginger, and finely chopped crystallized ginger. 
  3. In another bowl, add butter, dark brown sugar, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger. Whisk that together until smooth, then add honey. 
  4. Once mixed, slowly add in the dry ingredients until combined to a thick consistency. 
  5. Take a scooper to form dough into a ball and place it on a large sheet pan. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Once rolled, coat cookies in the sugar and back on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes until the top starts to crack. Once finished, plate and enjoy!
