How to make it
In a heated sauce pan with oil, add onion, Lee Kum KeeTM Minced Garlic and pumpkin. Stir well.
Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and then simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce, shredded carrots and nutmeg. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish with roasted black sesame seeds before serving.
