  • 8 oz. green beans , removed ends, cut into 1-inch lengths, soaked in salted boiling water, rinsed and drained well
  • 2 oz. red and yellow bell peppers, cut thinly
  • 1 oz. white onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar, seasoned

How to make it

  1. Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl: Premium Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Toss in remainder ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
