Cheese, spice, sweetness, and a hit of garlic make this feta rolls recipe with hot honey sauce a fun snack or appetizer. Make them in just 40 minutes and serve plated or as a finger food.
WHY WE LOVE IT
These feta rolls are perfect for potlucks and dinner parties! The blend of tangy feta and creamy Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo is what makes this appetizer special. This recipe is so easy to make, you can even turn the process into a fun activity to do with your kids.
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN. Set it to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
PREP THE FILLING AND GLAZE. In a bowl, combine the feta, dill, garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo (cage-free eggs). In a separate small bowl, place 1/4 cup of olive oil for brushing.
START ROLLING. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and gently fold it in half crosswise. Brush the edges of the phyllo with a little olive oil. On the short end of the dough, add 1 rounded tablespoon of feta. Roll the phyllo up over the filling, folding the side edges in to seal it burrito style. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat to make 12-16 rolls.
BAKE THE FETA ROLLS. Brush the top of each phyllo roll with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
MAKE THE HOT HONEY SAUCE. In a small skillet, melt together the butter, 1 Tbsp. oil, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, and cumin. Cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the honey.
SERVE. Take the feta rolls out of the oven. Serve with honey sauce for dipping or drizzled on top. Enjoy!
