How to make it

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat until simmering. Add corn and sautee over medium heat. Season with salt to taste. Keep mixing for about 2 minutes. Transfer cooked corn to a medium bowl.
  3. Add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, cotija or feta cheese, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, cilantro, green onions and lime juice to the bowl with corn. Mix to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately while warm.
