Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Drain, and transfer the noodles to a large bowl.
To the noodles, add in the mayonnaise, lime juice, corn and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Mix to combine.
Plate the elote ramen and sprinkle with chili powder and Cotija cheese and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Enjoy!
