These easy chicken wing recipes each utilize a different flavor of sriracha for four ways to quick, convenient, and tasty wings!

 

You can choose to make just one flavor of the wings in one batch, but this is also great as a wing flight or a sharing platter for a group that wants to try a whole bunch of different wing sauces. Because they all use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauces, whether it be Honey Sriracha, Yuzu Sriracha, Cilantro Lime Sriracha, or Smoky BBQ Sriracha, you'll get the same balance of chilies and garlicky flavor with unique flavor twists from each bottle. The only question remaining is: Which one will be your favorite?

How to make it

  1. Pat wings very dry, then toss with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and oil until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat a 5–6 qt air fryer to 400°F. Arrange wings in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and deeply golden.
  3. Divide hot wings into 4 bowls. Toss each portion with one sauce: Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Smoky BBQ Flavored Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Cilantro Lime Flavored Sriracha Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Yuzu Sriracha Sauce.

    Garnish each flavor:

    • Honey Sriracha with parmesan
    • Smoky BBQ Flavored Sriracha with green onion
    • Cilantro Lime Flavored Sriracha with cilantro + lime zest
    • Yuzu Flavored Sriracha with sesame seeds
