Cook the pork belly with cold water. Remove from the water and let cool before slicing.
Heat up a wok and pour oil into it. Sauté the pork belly until it changes color. Add the chopped green onions, ginger, Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Style Broad Bean Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sweet Bean Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Chef’s Select Soy Sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes before turning off the fire.
Place the lettuce on the pancake and then lay out the pork belly on top of it. Roll up and serve.
