Cook the pork belly in water until medium well done. Rinse and drain, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Heat cooking oil, stir-fry pork belly cubes till golden brown. Add cooking wine and bring to a boil, then stir in green onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add Lee Kum Kee Brown Cooking Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Soybean Sauce, and cook over medium heat for a couple minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
Add hot water and cook over high heat until sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
