To make the meat mixture: In a wok, heat the oil over medium heat, and brown the ground pork. Add the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce, shaoxing wine, and five spice powder. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the sui mi ya cai and sauté for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and set the wok aside.

To make the sauce: In a bowl, mix together all the sauce mix ingredients including the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil. Taste and adjust seasoning.

To prepare the noodles: Rinse the Miracle Noodle Organic Fettuccine according to package directions and drain.

Put the wok with the meat mixture back to the stove over medium heat. Add the sauce mix and stir. Add the noodles and stir to coat the noodles well, cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from wok and serve in bowls. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and green onions. Mix everything together and enjoy!
