In a small bowl, mash together avocado, lime juice, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until creamy. Divide the avocado mix over cucumber slices.

Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl and pat dry with paper towels. Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Mix to combine.

Heat a large heavy pan over medium/high heat with remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil. Once oil is hot, add shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Top each cucumber slice with a shrimp, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) and garnish with cilantro.
