How to make it

In a bowl, mix corn, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and heavy cream.
Form batter into 2 Tbsp. balls and fry for 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 
Season with salt and pepper and serve with a side of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo.
