This crispy chicken dumplings is built for gameday with an iconic spicy twist - a honey buffalo sauce!

 

This unique dumpling recipe asks what would happen if we switched out the wings in buffalo wings for crispy chicken dumplings. Great for a spin on an iconic classic, this version also gets a sweet and spicy twist to the buffalo sauce with the addition of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce

 

Of course, no buffalo recipe is complete without a creamy dip, and we added the heat to ranch as well. A two-ingredient mix of ranch seasoning and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo makes a dip with a difference, making this gameday recipe a talking point for your next watch party!

How to make it

  1. Cook the chicken wontons according to package directions until crispy and heated through. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, until glossy and slightly thickened.
  3. Add the cooked wontons to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the honey buffalo glaze.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo and ranch seasoning.
  5. Transfer the dumplings to a serving platter and garnish with green onions.
  6. Serve immediately with the spicy ranch for dipping.
