Cook the linguine by following the packaging instruction, set aside.
Heat up a wok with oil and sauté sliced mushrooms and chopped onion until fragrant. Add blue mussels, scallops and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the linguine and seasonings and cook until the sauce is thicken.
Tips: Rinse the cooked linguine with cold water in result to a better texture.
