Add the cranberries, jalapeño, red onion and cilantro to a food processor. Pulse until the cranberries are chopped. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Mix in the orange zest, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, and cloves. Set the mixture aside.
Add the cream cheese and goat cheese to a stand mixer. Beat the two together until smooth and creamy. Spread the whipped cheese mixture in an even layer onto the serving dish. Top with the cranberry salsa.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and additional whole cranberries. Serve with assorted crackers and enjoy!
