Chop the corn in riblets: To safely cut the corn, stand it up vertically with the wider part against the table, and chop in half, then chop those halves into quarters lengthwise.
Prepare the corn seasoning by combining all of the spices and oil, including the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, in a small bowl and mix well.
Brush the seasoning over the chopped corn.
Preheat your air fryer to 375ºF. Lay the corn ribs in a single layer in your air fryer basket, with a little space between each so the air can flow. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping them over after 7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) for dipping. Enjoy!
