This cold tofu recipe needs just five minutes, silken tofu, and a simple chili and soy sauce to have the perfect refreshing dish to stay cool during this summer.

 

As a no cook silken tofu recipe, this dish highlights the soft and creamy texture of the tofu, accenting it with vibrant flavors from the simple sauce that pours over the top. Made with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce, it balances salty, spicy, and umami flavors to excite the tastebuds. 

 

This dish is best served with a bowl of rice to soak up the remaining sauce, and you can try mixing and matching several of our other Lee Kum Kee sauces to make your own perfect tofu sauce as well!

How to make it

  1. Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging and place it on a shallow serving dish. Pat gently with a paper towel if there’s excess water.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the tofu, letting it pool around the sides Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve cold, with a spoon to scoop or with rice on the side. Enjoy immediately.
