Prepare three different marinades: For each marinade, whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
For each marinade, add 4 chicken breasts and the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Massage chicken to coat thoroughly. Seal the bags and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
Brush BBQ plate or grills with oil and heat to medium high. Or, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side. You may also bake the chicken at 425°F for 30 minutes.
Set out your meal prep containers. Add cooked rice and vegetables of your choice and chicken to each container. Enjoy!
