Chicken Bacon Wrap with Spinach Salad

How to make it

Combine stuffing, hot water, Chili Garlic Sauce, Premium Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, seasoned vinegar and parsley into a small bowl.
Place a spoonful of stuffing mixture onto chicken. Roll up chicken into a tight cylinder.
Wrap chicken roll with 2 slices of swiss cheese and bacon. Secure rolled chicken with a toothpick. Repeat. 
In a heated pan with oil, sauté red onion for 2 minutes and brown the rolled chicken on both sides until done.
Cool and then slice.
