Whisk Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic in a medium bowl until combined. Top with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil.
Brush one wonton wrapper with water then place another wrapper directly on top of it. Press firmly so they stick together. Brush the outside edges with water. Place a cheese cube in the center.
Take opposite corners of the wonton and bring them together. Pinch tightly and repeat with the other two opposite corners - make sure the seams are firmly pinched together. Repeat with remaining cheese and wontons.
Fill a large saucepan with 1 inch of vegetable oil, then heat it to 325°F. Cook the wontons in the hot oil until golden brown, about 1 minute, flipping halfway through.
Remove, place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, and serve immediately with the spicy dipping sauce. Enjoy!
