Cook ramen and spread out noodles onto a cooling rack to drain any excess liquid.
Insert skewers into string cheese. Mix nacho cheese and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce together and place into a tall cup. Dip one prepared cheese stick into the cup filled with the cheese. Coat evenly and then roll in a layer of ramen noodles until completely covered.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining cheese sticks.
While cheese sticks are frying, make the dipping sauce. Combine Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce and chives together; mix until smooth.
Garnish cheese sticks with chives and serve immediately with sauce. Enjoy!
