How to make it
Heat oil and sauté ginger until fragrant. Add pork belly and stir-fry.
Stir in water and Lee Kum Kee Brown Braising Sauce, cover the pan and cook until it comes to a boil.
Continue to cook for 45 minutes over medium heat until pork belly is tender and fully cooked. Then turn heat to high until sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
