How to make it

  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
  3. Cut the top of each croissant with a knife.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk. Add Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil, bacon, green onion, and cheese, and combine well.
  5. Spoon the egg-bacon mixture into the prepared croissant boats. Place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and egg mixture is set. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs) and garnish with more green onions. Enjoy!
