How to make it

  1. Prepare the bok choy by slicing them in half lengthwise. If there’s any dirt in the interior, wash them again before cooking.
  2. Add the vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add the baby bok choy to the pan, cut side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until the leaves begin to wilt and the stems are tender. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bok choy to a serving plate and drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce to finish. Enjoy!
