Cook the seafood in separate batches in boiling water, draining each well and placing onto a plate.
Heat the oil in a pot and quickly stir-fry the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and millet pepper until fragrant. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked seafood.
Scatter chopped scallion over the dish, and drizzle the seafood with Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil to serve.
