How to make it
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, black pepper and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. Whisk well and refrigerate.
Heat oil in pan on high heat. Cook onions until caramelized. Add Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce and cook until heated through. Keep warm.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce and the remainder of Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce. Mix well.
Divide meat into four individual portions. Roll into a ball and stuff each meatball with 1 Tbsp blue cheese. Flatten meat into five inches in diameter and1/2 inch thick pieces.
Grill burger until fully cooked. Serve with remaining ingredients.
