How to make it
In a medium bowl or seal-able bag, add marinade to steak( 1 Tbsp LKK Premium Soy Sauce or Less Sodium Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Rice wine, 1/2 Tsp LKK Pure Sesame Oil, 2 Garlic cloves(minced).
Toss with the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients in the Black Pepper sauce( 2 Tbsp LKK Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, 1 Tbsp Water, 1/2 Tbsp LKK Premium Soy Sauce or Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Rice wine, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1/2 Tsp LKK Pure Sesame Oil, 1 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper) and set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet to high heat. Remove beef from the marinade and add to the wok. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until the steak is fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add another 1 Tbsp of oil to the wok or skillet. Add asparagus and onion and stir fry until they have reached your desired tenderness.
Return the beef to the wok. Add the Black Pepper sauce to the skillet and cook until heated through.
