How to make it
Rub beef with 2 tsp Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Combine dry sherry, sugar, cornstarch, Premium Soy Sauce and water in small bowl (soy sauce mixture). Set aside.
In a heated pan with oil, stir fry beef and add ginger. Cook beef until almost done.
Add bell pepper and soy sauce mixture. Cook beef until sauce thickens and serve.
