How to make it

  1. In a medium saucepot, sauté onions, ground beef and sugar with oil until for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add in vegetables, rice and sauces. Sauté for another 5-8 minutes. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  3. Place lid on top of pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until rice is cooked through.
