Blend the marinade ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Cut the steak strips, place them in a baking dish and cover to marinate for an hour (or longer) until ready to use.
Heat a pan with olive oil over high heat. Add steak to hot pan and cook a few minutes on each side or until cooked through. Turn off heat and set the steak aside.
Cut peppers and the bok choy and add them to a mixing bowl. Add in the steak along with any leftover sauce. Mix it well and add into your serving bowl.
