Season chicken with salt and pepper on all sides, then let come to room temperature before grilling.
Heat grill to high heat. Once hot, place the chicken down and cook for 5 minutes on each side. After the 10 minutes are up, begin to brush the chicken with the Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side. Brush another time if necessary.
Once they are grilled through, take them off the grill and brush one final time and then top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
