Make the hoisin glaze by combining water, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Minced Garlic, Minced Ginger and honey in a small saucepan. Add the juice of one lime.

Heat the saucepan over medium high heat. Reduce the glaze mixture by half then remove the pan from the heat.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F degrees. Portion salmon into 4 fillets. Brush a baking sheet with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.

Brush the salmon with the glaze. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the fillets and brush generously again with the glaze. Cook another 10 minutes or until fillets are cooked to your preference.

Brush with additional glaze before serving and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and scallions.
