How to make it
Preheat oven to 400°F, then cut the avocados in half, removing the pit.
Place them onto a baking sheet and then line the middles of the avocado with a piece of smoked salmon.
Crack an egg on top of the salmon (make sure it stays on top).
Top with salt and pepper and place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
Take out and then top with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo, chili pepper flakes, and a few pieces of fresh dill.
