How to make it

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup cheese, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and bacon together with a hand mixer.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into small round balls. Roll around until coated in finely shredded cheese.
  4. Cut small triangles of carrot for the nose and small pieces of carrot shreds for the feet. Put one sliver on each side of the cheese balls, pressing it in, for the wings. Place the very small pieces of olives (or peppercorns) for the eyes.
  5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Place on your favorite crackers just before serving. Enjoy!
