Blanch sliced cabbage, sliced beef, shrimp, mushrooms and drain. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
Boil water, add Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Pork Bone Soup Base and ground white pepper. Put all the ingredients (except for cilantro and green onions) and boil for around two minutes. Pour the soup and ingredients into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle some cilantro and green onions, drizzle some Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil on top, and ready to serve.
