Warm some olive oil in a large skillet then add onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and salt. Cook 10 minutes on medium high, tossing often until onions are brown and golden and soft and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
To the same skillet, add some more oil and cook steak for 5-8 minutes until steak pieces are cooked through. Do not toss too often, to get some good browning & crispy bits on one side.
Serve by making a bowl with rice, veggies, cheese whiz and then steak. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread (cage-free eggs) and add some hot peppers. Enjoy!
