Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 16 cups of 2 muffin pans with the cooking spray.
In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook the beef on medium heat for 6 minutes, until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread, Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil, ketchup, relish, mustard, and green onion. Let mixture cool. Separate the biscuits and cut each in half to get 16 pieces.
Roll and stretch each piece of dough until very thin. Spoon 1 tbsp of beef mixture onto center of dough. Place 1 cube of cheese on beef. Pinch dough tightly to close around filling. Place in 1 cup of muffin pan, seam-side down. Repeat with remaining biscuits and filling.
Lightly coat tops with cooking spray. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake 15–20 min., until golden brown. Serve with more Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread for dipping, and enjoy!
