How to make it

  1. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, cilantro, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce,  Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, red chili pepper flakes, Chinese five spice, and salt to taste. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add in the lamb chops. Massage the marinade into the lamb chops for 5-10 minutes. Allow them to marinate for 4-6 hours. 
  3. Turn on the broiler setting in the oven. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and place them onto the baking sheet. Broil the lamb chops on each side for 2-3 minutes for medium rare doneness.
  4. Garnish with white sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
