How to make it
In a small bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, ground ginger, garlic and honey. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pour hoisin honey glaze over salmon filets and brush to coat entire flesh of salmon, including sides.
Preheat air fryer to 400˚F for at least 5 minutes. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and add salmon filets. Air fry for 10 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, make the fried rice. Preheat oil in a large skillet or wok to medium high heat. Pour in beaten egg. Add diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add rice on top of the partially cooked egg and stir to combine.
Season with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the peas, carrots and scallions.
To serve, plate rice and place a salmon filet on top. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives. Serve with sliced nori. Enjoy!
