Add the sauce from Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce to a bowl with the cabbage and green pepper, mix well and set aside.
With the warmed yellow corn tortillas on the bottom, layer the mixed cabbage and green pepper, avocado, red onion, cilantro and cheese on top. Place the Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce pieces in the center, and drizzle with the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo.
