How to make it

  1. Boil a pot of hot water and blanch all the vegetables until 80% cooked.
  2. Mix all sauce mix ingredients until well combined, then set aside.
  3. Heat some oil in a wok, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the mixed seasonings and bring to a boil. Add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry evenly.
