How to make it

  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Marinate chicken wings for about 1 hour.
  3. Mix well cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and water.
  4. Coat marinated wings with flour mixture. Deep-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oil and set aside to drain.
  5. Gently bring Seasoning Sauce to a boil. Toss wings in sauce and ensure each one is coated. Ready to serve.
