How to make it

  1. Remove and cut the flesh of the pineapple into small pieces and set the pineapple shell aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok, stir-fry the white rice until hot; then add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry evenly.
  3. Add all seasoning ingredients and continue to stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed, then transfer the fried rice into the pineapple shell.
