Sauce Mix:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan under low heat and reduce by about 2/3, until the alcohol taste is cooked off and a thick glaze forms, about 12-15 minutes.
Bake the bacon at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Drain off as much bacon fat as possible.
Brush each piece of bacon with the mandarin orange glaze.
Drizzle each bacon slice with the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil.
