What you’ll need

How to make it

  1. Add ½ Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon to seafood mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Add oil to a heated pan, sauté onion till fragrant, add seafood mix, and stir-fry.
  3. Add eggs into stir-fry and cook till halfway done. Add rice, green peas, carrot, and stir-fry to combine.

  4. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, water, green onion, and stir-fry well. Ready to serve.
  5. Note: Mixed seafood is available in supermarkets. Seafood can be replaced with chicken or beef.
