Pineapple Black Pepper Jerk Sauce: Grill pineapple, ensuring good char all around the pieces. Add the pineapple and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Reserve until needed.

Fry chicken wings at 325 degrees F for 14-17 minutes until crispy and the internal temperature reached 165 degrees F.

Remove wings and toss fried wings with Jamaican jerk seasoning. Toss to coat.

Add 2 tsp. of the pineapple black pepper jerk sauce and again toss to coat.

Plate and serve. Optional: Garnish with charred pineapple and cilantro.
