How to make it

  1. Cook the lotus root in boiling water until fully cooked and cool it down.

  2. Add water to the quinoa (ratio 1:1) and steam it until fully cooked. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil when it cools down.

  3. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and put it into a small cup.

  4. Arrange the ingredients into different layers. Serve with the dressings.
