Cook noodles according to package instructions. Afterward, blanch cooked noodles with cold water and drain off excess water. Add Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and mix the noodles. Add cucumber and carrot.
In a separate bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Paste, Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Selected Seasoned Aromatic Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Premium Bouillon Powder Flavored with Chicken and sugar.
Stir until combined and pour over the noodles. Serve when it's still cold. Enjoy!
